Another one of my favorite sheet pan meals is roasted orange chicken and veggies. The citrusy orange flavor, along with the roasted veggies makes this a kid's favorite, too!
With only a handful of ingredients and one pan to clean up afterward, this makes the orange chicken and veggies a great dinner or lunch prep option! You can also serve it along with other sides to add some versatility.
The ingredients I used for the sauce are:
Cutie Oranges
Soy Sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil
Rice Vinegar
Garlic
Honey
Salt & Pepper
I like to save time by buying the broccoli florets already cut up and the chicken that comes either diced or in strips. Of course you can use any variation of either!
